When I got started online one of the 1st things I learned from my mentor was the fact that I had to improve my personal value level if I wanted to get results in my business.

At first I had NO idea what improving my personal value level even meant!

Did that mean if I watched a webinar, read a book or watched a movie about some successful entrepreneur I would be rich?

Well, fast forward to today I 100% understand exactly what it means to improve your personal value level and that is what I’m going to share with you today!

Information is only valuable when you use it!

A lot of people try things that they learn once and then quit when they don’t see a result. When you improve your personal value level you have the ability to see things clearly when others are completely blinded.

You see, when you improve your personal value level you understand that you can’t focus on the outcome of situations that occur. You must only focus on the process of building your business and everything that you learn is an attribute that you ad to your arsenal of tools and knowledge that you use in your business on a daily basis.

Being an entrepreneur is very competitive and if you do not stay on top of technology you will fail.

The best way to describe it would be to think about your business as if you were the captain of a team but instead of you picking the team, the players get to pick the captain that they wanted to play for.

Think about the best marketer or the number 1 earner in your company. Then ask yourself this question. How many of the player would pick you over them?

This is what helped me really understand why I needed to improve my personal value level in my business! It also allows you to get better as a leader but more importantly it gives you the ability to really give people who get started with you the skills to get real results!

So the key to improving your personal value level is to learn new things daily, implement what you learn, perfect what you do, and then teach what you do to others. Teaching others helps you speed up your ability to perfect what you actually learn!
