The best thing I could every tell you about business is to master the speed of implementation!  The Speed of  implementation is KEY to you having a profitable business!

There are 2 things that hold most people back… Procrastination and Excuses!

Procrastination is a word that should be linked with the word excuse as the worst things you can do as a business owner or home business professional.

So many people want to live the American dream, drive the nice cars and do all the things rich people do but will never reach those goals because they procrastinate and make way to many excuses.

One of the best lessons I ever learned was when I had a football coach in college that made me run laps after practice if I was ON TIME to a meeting or if I made and excuse for something even if it was not my fault.

He preached that being on time was being late and as crazy as I thought he was then, I realize what he was trying to teach us and thank him for it now.

That was the best thing a person could have ever done for me.

Life is tough as it is, but being a business owner is on a whole new level and if you don’t implement what you learn quickly your business will fail.

That is why as a leader in the industry I try to lead by example by being 1st to market with a lot ideas and concepts and by constantly sharing this message of speed of implantation with my team.

1. Schedule You Day The Night Before:
If you know what you are doing the night before and it will force you to not procrastinate and you will get more things done!
2. Have A Time Set To Implement New Things:
If you have a time set in your schedule where you implement new things you learn or want to accomplish in your business your business will grow.
3. Set Aside Time To Learn New Things;
If you force yourself to learn new things and you will always be able to reinvent yourself and provide valuable things to implement into your business.
4. Try To Become A Customer Of Your Own Business:
If you force yourself to be a customer of your own business you can see your business from the eyes of your customer and implement new things quickly that you may not have been able to see.

Your ability to implement things into your business faster than your competition is going to determine how fast you make money.

I talk to so many people and they do not realize that business is competitive and your competition is always watching. If you wait to implement things that will help your business or your team someone else will.

This is why the speed of implantation is important to your business and will make you rich.

That means when you learn something new implement it! When you see something that is working for someone else, implement it!

The faster you implement the faster you can reach your goals!
